NEW HAVEN, Conn. ? The Southern Connecticut State University men's basketball team continues to rank among the team and individual statistical leaders within the Division II ranks. The Owls are No. 18 nationally in fewest personal fouls per game and are No. 24 as a team in blocked shots/game (4.5).
